KENYA

Our heart for missions took root in 2012 when GB partnered with local leaders to build the first church in Kenya. What began as a single step of faith soon became a long-term commitment to seeing lives transformed through the Gospel. In 2014, we expanded our efforts by launching a school to serve the spiritual and educational needs of children in the surrounding community. These efforts have grown into a strong, ongoing relationship with the people of Kenya, marked by discipleship, outreach, and leadership development.

In 2023, the official launch of GB Global marked a new era of international focus. Just two years later, in 2025, GB Global was licensed as an official organization in Kenya—strengthening our presence, increasing local impact, and opening doors for continued ministry. Today, there are four GB churches in Kenya, and we are committed more than ever to walking alongside Kenyan communities and pastors through church support, education, and raising up leaders to carry the Gospel forward.

  • Sabatia GB Church - Pastor Kennedy Maasa
  • Makunga GB Church - Pastor Bernard Makokha
  • Buhuru GB Church - Pastor Kenedy Mutimba and Pastor Duncan Mulaa

Our Harambee church is the headquarters for all Kenyan churches. Our focus is to expand this church since it will be holding most of the local meetings and conferences.

KYRGYZSTAN

In response to God’s call to the nations, GB began supporting ministry efforts in Kyrgyzstan by partnering with a local church dedicated to reaching its community with the hope of Jesus. In a region where Christian faith can come with social and cultural challenges, our heart has been to come alongside local believers—encouraging, equipping, and empowering them to share the Gospel with boldness and compassion.

A key part of our mission in Kyrgyzstan also includes support for a children’s home, where vulnerable and at-risk children are provided with care, shelter, and the love of Christ. Through this partnership, we’re helping to meet practical needs while also planting seeds of hope for future generations.

Our involvement in Kyrgyzstan reflects our broader vision: to serve where the Gospel is needed most, always in partnership with those on the ground. We are honored to stand with the local church and continue investing in both spiritual growth and holistic care in this vital part of the world.
